Colleagues of mine ofted delete the entire userprofile and recreate it.
This action takes a lot of time, not to mention the effort you need to put in it so save user settings.

So I was thinking:"Can't this be done faster, easier and more userfriendly?"
The answer was as easy as always:"Yes!"
These are te steps to take:
- Close Microsoft Office Outlook and all applications that have an active link to it, for example like Office Communicator.
- Delete all files in "c:\documents and settings\%username%\local settings\application data\microsoft\outlook.
- Start Microsoft Office Outlook and, if needed, create the connection to the mailserver.
Problem solved!
A colleague of mine was taking the long way around and it took about 15 minutes to complete... Using my was he was done the next time within 5 minutes!!!
Also the issue can be solved remotely by a 1th line (like a unskilled or semi-skilled servicedesk).
