Update forefront from command line

Is there a critical computer that you do want the ForeFront Client to update it’s definitions, but not downloading and installing other Microsoft Updates by default?

I’ve had that situation and it took me a lot of searching to find the solution:


Execute these commands from the command line with administrator rights.

If you would like, you can schedule the command through the Task Scheduler.

Note: This will update the definitions, not the engine!!!
